FILMFESTIVAL 2020 EN COVID 19<\/strong><\/h4>\n
Het filmfestival van de VAC op 28 en 29 november is zowel voor u als voor ons het hoogtepunt van een werkingsjaar.<\/h5>\n
Niets is belangrijker dan het projecteren van uw filmproducties, behalve uw gezondheid.<\/h5>\n
2020 is een speciaal jaar. We hebben kennis gemaakt met Covid 19.<\/h5>\n
In april hebben wij daarom ons festival al verplicht moeten uitstellen.
\nDe toestand nu is nog erger dan in het voorjaar, maar uit economische overwegingen is er door de overheid nog niet tot een tweede lockdown overgegaan.
\nOndanks alle verplichtingen die opgelegd worden – een mondmasker dragen, afstand houden, met maximaal 4 personen aan een tafeltje in een caf\u00e9 zitten – krijgt de overheid de verspreiding van de pandemie niet onder controle.
\nZowel de ziekenhuisopnames, als de behandelingen in intensieve zorgen, als de overlijdens stijgen.
\nOveral in Europa verslechteren de coronacijfers.<\/h5>\n
Daarbij komt dat wij quasi allemaal een hoger risico lopen (leeftijd).<\/h5>\n
Uit gezondheidsredenen lijkt het ons absoluut onverantwoord vele mensen samen te brengen op een filmfestival.<\/h5>\n
Daarom heeft het bestuur van VAC na rijp beraad besloten dat het filmfestival van de VAC voor 2020 wordt afgelast<\/strong>.
\nIn 2021 zal het filmfestival opnieuw doorgaan (voor zover COVID 19 het toelaat).<\/h5>\n
Sinds onze oprichting in 2009 is het de eerste maal dat wij zulke drastische maatregel nemen, maar uw gezondheid is belangrijker dan een filmfestival.<\/h5>\n
